I created the Unique ID and still get an error message that says "Order ID is missing from the form submission" via mobile submission. I do not get an error message via laptop. Help! What am I doing wrong?

The error is actually related to the missing configuration on the payment field, to resolve the issue, edit your form on the builder and search the payment field, once you have selected it click on the wizard icon, there you will be able to authenticate your PayPal account:

Didn't catch your question. Did you mean to remove the Paypal integration from your form? If so, you can simply click the red bin button.
If you are, however, referring to something else, please let us know.

Thanks - this is what I mean when I say turn the option off. The only issue is when I deleted the PayPal Integration, it also killed the ordering options. Is that supposed to happen?

The items are deleted, but they're saved in the background while you are still in the form builder. If you want to change the tool to the Purchase Order, just delete Paypal and add that tool. The form builder will automatically add the product items and their options for you.
