I cannot choose any closed channels to send the form

I cannot choose any closed channels to send the form to, why is that? Given the confidential information on the forms I do not want it in an open channel. Thanks for your help.

To clarify, are your referring to lock channels in slack?

Can you please share more information regarding how you would like to integrate slack with your form?
