On all forms, notification e-mails are set so that the From field will be populated with the e-mail address entered on the form (a required field). However, we are getting many e-mail notifications where the From field is the jotform no-reply address.

Your current form settings is correct. Probably an email coming from the other accounts you have? I have just tested the same function on my end, and there are no emails coming from email@example.com
I have submitted a test entry to your form: http://www.jotform.com/30993498151160. Please kindly check your email address, from firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us a screenshot if you are receiving multiple emails for this test.
