    You will need to paste the code in an HTML/Text area and not on the Visual Mode. When you paste the code in a Visual Mode of the CMS page, the code will be displayed like a normal text. May I know what CMS you are currently using?

    Hi,

    Please kindly check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/52-Adding-Form-to-BlogEngine-NET, see if this helps. Probably, your current CMS strips down the codes especially the Javascript one's. Please also try using our iframe method: How to Get Form iFrame Codes

    The iframe method will give you a codes like this:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.co/form/31624490589866" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:921px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Remove the codes highlighted in Orange. So, the codes remaining will be just:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.co/form/31624490589866" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:921px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Can you tell me how I can edit the content of confirmation emails?

    - Edit the form > Click Setup and Embed > Click Email Alerts > Click Notification or Auto Responder, you'll see the notification settings/contents.
