The unique ID number in the email message is wrong

Asked by jmcoville on June 12, 2013 at 05:44 PM

The idea is to create a some what automated contest for my webpage.

The issue I am having is: I have setup emails to be sent out if you are the 25, 50, 100, 125, 150th person to fill out the form.
If you are the one of those lucky numbers then you get an email saying you "won."

So, I had the form make a number for everytime someone fills it out. The problem is the number is huge and not correct so the conditions dont apply and it looks like the person is the millionth person to fill out the form..

I have it setup so if you are the 25, 50, 100, 125, 150, 175 you get an email saying "you won." if you arent the then you get a consolation of a 25% discount.

I have attached the number it gives me. It should say, "1"..

    Hi,

The problem with your autoresponder 2 email (the consolation 25% email) is this (you can click on the image to zoom in)

In the message, you have mistaken the {id} for the unique ID number ("Entry Number"). This is why there is a long digit number in the message. You can correct this.

Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
