    Why aren't my forms coming to my email anymore?

    I love the form I created using jotforms and it has been working perfectly until just a week ago.  Since then two people have filled out and submitted the form and it has not come to my email.  However, when I go to my form and submit it, it goes through.  What's going on?

    Hi Vicki,

    You have two notifications on your form. The first one doesn't have any email recipient while the second one is setup correctly. I would suggest to review your email notifications. They should be working fine since your email address is not on the bounce list. Please delete the notification that doesn't have any email recipient. How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder. Also, I would suggest you to recreate your other notification to refresh/update its field tags.

    Thanks, I deleted the one, but not sure how to refresh or recreate the other one. Can you tell me how to do that so I don’t mess it up?

    Hi Vicki,

    The process are:

    1. Delete your current form notification by following this guide: How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder

    2. Re-create by following this guide: Setting Up Email Notifications

    I recommend to setup your form notification settings like the below image:
