hello i have just used one of the contact forms that you provide on my new site and after installing it on my page
ive tested it a few times and have not been able to recieve messages from this form? do i install it wrong or is there
something in the settings that i need to change?

First of all I see that you have a guest accounts. Request you to please register a free account and your form should automatically come to your account. Let us know if it doesn't and we will move them in your new account.
Coming back to your notification issue, your email id "email@example.com" is not in our bounce list. I checked our email server logs and see that emails are getting delivered to your email id. Here is the email log for your reference:

Request you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails are there. Let us know if you continue to have this issue.
