Can't login to my account

    Hi Vera,

    The accounts related to your email address are both guests accounts.
    Guests accounts are not intended to be kept on the server for a long
    period of time since it relies on the browser settings.

    Please note that in order to login you need to be a registered user.
    Once you visit JotForm website you should see the following on the left side:

    Just create an account and use your own email address.
    Your guest account will be merged with this new account.
