JotForm Submissions

    I've set up a jotform, we are able tto submit submissions via the form but the email will not forward to the mail we've set up. We've tried the test email and that sends just fine.

     

    An ideas?

    I have checked your form and the settings are setup correctly. In this case I will knidly recommend you to whitelist our domain names.

    - jotform.com

    - email.amazonses.com

    - amazonses.com

    - jotform.co

    - secure.jotform.co

    - s3.amazonaws.com

    - static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

    (We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.)

    Even though the settings are correct I will suggest you to always take in account the instructions of the next guide at the time of creating a notification, in order to prevent this kind of issues: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing realted issues.
