Login error message when submitting form that uses upload fields

    My guests are getting a Upload error when filling out the form. the details of the error say Details: Wrong Login Information.


    What is the issue here?

    File could not be uploaded for some reason.

    Please go back and fix the problem(s)

    I was able to reproduce the issue you mentioned when I test submitted your form on your website http://www.fadedfest.com/artist-sign-up/



    BUT when I cloned your form and did a test on my end, the form work just fine. This is the test form https://www.jotform.com/form/31637862460962?

    I suggest you please try first cloning your form and use the cloned version instead.
    Test if the cloned version exibits similar issue or not.

    Thanks for trying to address this. I did receive your successful form submission however i'm afraid you did not use the part that is erroring - the uploading of a photo & mp3.

    The form goes thru unless the user adds an attachment. I did, however, clone the form just to help support the fact that there is an issue here.


    Please let me know your further suggestions.

    I was able to re-create the problem. I used the upload field on your form and when I submitted, I encounter the same error


    My suggested solution for now is to clone your form. (guide: -Form-Cloning).

    Because when I tried on my end using a cloned version of your form, I was able to used the upload field and successfully submit the form. You can also test my clone form

    The form was cloned and there is no success with the submission. My submission went thru on your form you sent in the link, however was a failed attempt once I installed the clone I made in my list of forms, once put onto the same page:

    Hi Joel,

    I think the cloned version of your form is not yet uploaded on your website.

    When I check your website http://www.fadedfest.com/artist-sign-up/  I can see still the old/original form that have issue in upload field


    Try cloning the form (https://www.jotform.com/help/27-Form-Cloning) and used the cloned version on your website.

    I am sorry if I seem a bit persistent on this. But so far, this was the only solution I was able to come up with(for now) to fix the upload issue on your form on the website.

    If this one does not work, we can try elevate this to our next level support to investigate it further and apply a fix.

    I was very aware of how to clone a form prior to our conversation - The form currently on fadedfest.com is in fact the clone. To help support this, I myself went ahead and made a red arrow diagram. :)

    Please review and let me know how to move forward, as the downtime during our signup period for our 100 act concert, has had a negative effect.

    I am now able to see the updated cloned version of the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/31637631645961 on your website http://www.fadedfest.com/artist-sign-up/

    Unfortunately, in my test submission, the result is the same error on the upload field. Even using the form direct URL (not on the website), exibited the same


    On last attempt, please try like this...

    Clone my sample form instead https://www.jotform.com/form/31637862460962

    Use this guide to clone my form using its URL 


    Then, use the cloned version of my form to embed again in your website. 

    Please test and update us, so I can also test.

    Hopefully, this one work this time.

    I will still forward this case to our higher team support, because this is not normal.
