But when they send it I can't save it as a form - I'm having to save it as webpage which is not good for me. how do I save it as a document?

Hi Mark, it looks like the image you provided didn't display correctly since I am unable to see what you are talking about. Can you please try re-sharing or just linking the image so that we can better understand your issue? You can use Our Image Uploader or ImageShack if you wish.
However, based on my understanding of your question I think that you are seeking a m ore accurate method of viewing your submissions? Please correct me if I am wrong about that. But if that's correct then what you can do is either download them as a Excel Report for a spreadsheet or you could also use our Google Drive or Dropbox Integration Methods and this would allow it to be sent to you as a accurate but viewable PDF Submission which are a few example choices.
