    Received the following email from PayPal.  Can't see where to renew subscription on JotForm site.  Only option it gives is to upgrade.  Please advise:

    Thank you for your message. I can see in our member database that you're scheduled for downgrade tomorrow, April 24th. If you did not request for a downgrade and you want to continue your JotForm monthly subscription, please go to your Account Settings Page now and click the Resubscribe  button. Please do this today and ensure that you have enough funds in your Paypal account.
