I am not getting the emails from IT in my agency to set up a Username and Password as a subuser under the Professional acoount and I believe it is because my work email was originally linked to my free account.
To set up the subuser account under the Professional upgrade, I changed my email from at the free acct to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to set up the new Professional Account with the work email
----My question is...how will I be linked to the Professional Account unless an email invite is sent to me? Can jot forms set me up under the Professional Account tcmccue with username 9t952ns (even if it means closing the free acct with that username)
