Making one of two fields required

I do know that you can make one field mandatory.  What I was asking is whether you can make them choose 'Upload File' or 'Take Photo'.  Some of our field guys would rather upload their pics rather than taking the photo from the form.  But I want to make sure they choose one, and do not skip over it doing one or the other.

it is not possible to directly connect the two fields, however, you can achieve something like this with Conditional Logic.

I've made a clone of your form and set this up, please take a look at it here.

To recreate it, you will need to set up two conditions:

1. Go to Settings - Conditions - Add New - Enable/Require Field

2. Set up the condition like this:
