    Emails are no longer being received.

    The last 2 submissions to jotform did not coem thru to my email address although all were delivered previously. The url with the forms are





    Can you tell me what the problem is please.

    I checked your form and see that the submission emails were not sent. I checked our email server logs and see that there was an attempt to sent the email. Here is the log for your reference:

    I am not sure why the status says "User unknown". Was there any DNS configuration changes? Request you to please change your "Sender Email" to "noreply@jotform.com" and see if that solves your issue.
