re: Incomplete payments

    Can you please tell me what an "Incomplete Payment" is and why we have it? I missed a $610 payment b/c it got tied up, not once but twice in the "Incomplete Payment" area. So basically, the customer ended up cancelling the payment b/c It was not notified.

    ALSO - IS THE date of submission,

    1) the date the form is filled out by the customer, or is it

    2) the date the "INCOMPLETE PAYMENT" is pushed through by me? 


    I am not sure exactly when this Incomplete payment came through.

    Incomplete payments means that the customer/user might have aborted the payment process or there was something wrong with her/his credit card details where payment failed to process it successfully.

    If you think that submission(Incomplete) is wrong, you should check if your Paypal account was able to accept and process the payments of that transactions. If Paypal did accepted and completed the processing of your customer, can manually complete the pending submission. Otherwise, you may need to discard this pending submissions.
