Problems with auto responder this week

    Hello, I just noticed that for the last week I never got any auto responces from submitted forms. Have you been having trouble with your system? Do you have any idea why this is happening. I just double checked the settings and everything was correct and I also sent a test form which worked. It did not happen for just one form but for every form that got a submission in the last week or so.

    Some clarity on this issue would be appriciated.

    My Forms are still not being emailed to me when they are submitted. I have sent a number of text submissions and the auto responder works but I am not getting the notification emails. I have checked the settings and all seems to be working. This is a problem will all my forms.

    Hi,

    Your form's recipient is not in our bouncelist upon checking and base on your mail logs, all submissions was successfully send to info@paititi-institute.org.

    Have you tried already checking your spam/bulk folders? If not, can you please take a look if all submissions/notification is there?

    Please consider checking this article also on how to preven emails not being received.

    Yes, I have checked the spam filter. I will review the article and hope this has a solution.

    As mentioned in the guide, changing the "Sender Email" and whitelisting JotForm domains should help you resolve this issue.
