How can I add the tax AFTER shipping is added?

How can I add the tax AFTER shipping is added? In other words, I need shipping to be taxed as well. Thanks!

You can select the Per Transaction Shipping option (Flat Rate) instead.

This will include the tax amount in the shipping cost of the total amount/payment.
