My client has a jot form that is not working. He has no login info because he did not build the site, what can i do to access the form?

    Yes, the submission is what I need access to.

    Please ask your client to register with a free account using his guest account email address which is bill@worthi*******.com then after that, he should be able to see the form on his My Forms page. Then, ask him to add you as a sub-account ( so you can access the form submissions.
