    Every time someone fills in a form on my website, I receive a notification. The first time someone filled in a form, I received 2 notifications, the second time I received 3 notifications, and so on. I just want to receive one notification per person.

    What is wrong with my settings? Because I just followed the instructions on your website.

    Thanks in advance.

    Greetings,

    Ivo.

    I checked your account and see that you have setup two notification alert in your form.

    Request you to delete one of them and that should solve your issue. Please refer this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    Thanks,

    Thanks for you quick reply!

    I have another page on my website that is using a different form (also jotform), therefore I have 2 emails in the list. Don't I have to make a new email for every form?

    Greetings,

    Ivo.

    @imcreations

    Every form has its own notification alert and you have to add email alert in every form. But currently, in your form "Meer info" you have added two different email alerts. That's the reason you receive submission email twice. Its safe to delete one of them.

    Thanks,
