Downloading PhotosAsked by mkeiley on June 18, 2013 at 07:48 AM
Hi I use Jotform for a casting database - so contact info and photo uploads are really important . The data downloads and imports seamlessly into my database via excel. BUT for photos I have to go in and manually download each one then save and import individually . Is there a way to download the images - not the links - when downloading the data?
Any help is appreciated .

You can integrate dropbox and use dropbox desktop application so all files are downloaded automatically in your computer.
To integrate a dropbox in your form, go to Setup & Embed then click the Integration Icon.
If you have any other questions, please contact us again.
I think I understand that ( :) I think) - but that takes them out of the related data - correct?
for example I may get 40 profiles - with pictures associated some titles Me.jpg; or 1479. jpg etc and then I have to work on which picture is related to which data set .
Or am I confused ?
Each Submission will create seperate folder in your dropbox and will sync the uploaded files(photos) and submissions(profiles) to the respective folders only. So there is no problem of identifying the photos and the respective profiles.
Just give a try for dropbox integration and you can know what is happening.
Let us know if this is not your actual problem, and feel free to ask if you need any further clarification.
