    Linguagem Portuguêsa

    Estou encaminhando através de um formulário, E-mails para destinatários cujo domínio é: oi.net.br e as pessoas não estão recebendo. Para qualquer outro domínio como gmail.com, hotmail.com, ig.com.br, oi.com.br, estou consigo normalmente.

    O que poderá ser e como devo corrigir o problema

    Hi there, which form is this problem occuring on? I can see two forms under your account? Form http://www.jotform.co/form/31625518343856 only has a gmail account set up as the recipient of your email notifications and Form http://www.jotformz.com/form/23623842484659 shows 2 addresses ending in .ign.com.br.

    But you stated that the problem resides with oi.net.br so may we ask what is the full email address for this person is so that we can check on this problem for you? Is that the dns for your website for fowarding or? Currently i'm not finding anything related to that domain ending.

    I do additionally see in your second form notification you have a typo and put " ; " when instead it should actually be a " , " (comma).

    O endere pelo qual os E-mail, n chegaram quando enviados diretamente
    pelo JOT FORM eram:
    cristiano.tonha@oi.net.br e tamb juciara.santos@oi.net.br.
    MAS JENCONTREI UMA FORMA DE ENVILOS, ENCAMINHANDO AUTOMATICAMENTE
    ATRAV DE UM FILTRO DO GMAIL. PORTANTO, JESTRESOLVIDO E FICOU MELHOR
    ASSIM.
    POR ENCAMINHEI OS E-MAIL ACIMA SOMENTE PARA QUE POSSAM ESTUDAR ONDE FOI O
    PROBLEMA QUE O JOT FORM N ENCAMINHOU DIRETAMENTE.

    Miro a la notificación por correo electrónico que ha configurado. El separador de múltiples direcciones de correo electrónico destinatario debe ser una coma (,) y la columna no coma (;)

    por ejemplo

    leogilson@tcsba.com.br; leogilson@ig.com.br

    debe ser

    leogilson@tcsba.com.br, leogilson@ig.com.br

    También recomendaría Whitelisting Jotmails Dirección IP para evitar recibir mensajes de notificación no se recibe.
