My question on my form is "Registering as a family member" this shows up in the email as two lines and makes the email twice as long as it needs to be.
How can I change the column with on the question sent in the email so it does not use double lines.
I have looked into all the table and cell properties but cannot find how to chmage column width for the questions.Page URL:

You are on the right track with the cell properties. Try it this way and you should be fine.
Firstly, open the AutoResponder email.
Once you have done that, click the cell properties button (with the big red arrow in this picture).
The following table cell properties window will open. Set the cell width here:
i've test this with a clone of your form and the question is displayed on one line.

This worked perfect, originally when I tried this I must have overlooked it worked.
By the way is there a way to chnage the Width and Alignent for all cells in a column vs doing one by one.
Thanks really solved my problem.

There is no way to explicitly set the colum width, however it will inherit the width of the largest cell. So say you set a single cell in a colum to 400px, if 400px is the largest value in the colum then the entire colum will be 400px wide. I think alignment is per cell unfortunately.
