Upgrading question

    I currently have the free starter account because NORMALLY I do not have more than 100 monthly submissions or 10 receive payments. HOWEVER because my business is holding a "summer session" I am experiencing higher than normal submissions.  I have reached my accout quota and my account will be disabled at 12pm today.  I will need to upgrade to the premium package for the next month or 2 and it says that I can downgrade at any time...does this include downgrading back to the free account? Is there a fee involved with downgrading?  Do I have to give a certain amount of time's notice before I downgrade?


    Please answer me at your earliest convenience as I need to upgrade before 12pm, thank you!

    You can downgrade your account anytime. After downgrade your account will be back to Free account. All your forms and submission data will still be there in your account.

    No there is no downgrade fee.
