I am looking to create forms connecting to my SQL database; I want to use the form locally via internet browser (Intranet).
Is there any way to approach that using your system?

Unfortunately there is no builtin functionality to save your submission to SQL database. You can download your form's source code and write your own custom code to save submissions to your DB.
Here is a guide on how to save your submission data in MySQL. You can change the script to connect to MS Sql server. http://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-Insert-Update-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP
Hope this helps.
