I am having a really hard time integrating by adobe sign?

    Now that I made a editable pdf of form I'm no longer given the option to simply edit and if I choose to edit online version nothing opens on my computer or iPhone. If I use the app it just keeps scrolling when I enter my username & pass for Adobe.

    It seems as a browser issue. Can you please try to test with different browsers?

    If the issue still persists, please try to clear cache, cookies and recent history and then test again.

    Please apply these simple fixes and let us know, if they help.

    It’s happening on everyone’s browser. Anyone who tries to access the application on the website. The other applications are working just fine. I try to re-enter the embedded code but that didn’t help.

    As I understand - your form is embedded in a webpage.

    Please, could you share the link where the form's embedded? Otherwise, the form's URL itself if the form isn't embedded.

    Someone reached out and figured it out. Somehow the this then that was all messed up. Ty.

    It seems that the issue has been resolved.
