    Import existing web form

Asked by seattleccd on June 19, 2013 at 02:24 PM

    Hello,

I am trying to import a form, and I've tried 3 locations where I know the form is located. Our company website it is hosted at:

    http://www.seattleccd.com/wbcmain/files/CCDPersonalFinancialStatement.pdf

Two other places it is hosted is:

    http://www.sba.gov/sites/default/files/SBA%20413_0.pdf

    http://www.omwbe.wa.gov/certification/application/documents/sba413.pdf

Each time it says there is no form on that link, check source code.

    Hello,

I can see that the two links you provided is a PDF fillable form. I am afraid that you cannot import such forms because  JotForm can only (currently) import HTML-based forms.

Feel free to let us know if you have further questions or inquiry.

Thank you so much for using JotForm.
