Both forms on my account have been disabled, but do not contain password information or use of the word password. Can you explain why they have been disabled?

I checked your account and I can see that neither of the 2 forms ("Request a Showing" & "Showing Instructions for Top Showing Service") are disabled.
We suggest that you try to clear your form and browser's cache and let us know if the problem persists. Thanks!
