I'm trying to cancel my premium account

    I keep getting taken to this "plimus" site... I have no account with them and don't understand how it relates to JotForm at all. I would like to go back to a free account. Thank you

    Hello winonacru,

    You have paid Your JotForm subscription using our payment gateway, Plimus. Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    I have already canceled your subscription for you. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.

    Hi there,

    I'm having the same problem as winonacru. Does the 30-day money back guarantee applies?

    Do advice as I have no idea whats the username and password that plimus is requesting for.

    For verification purposes, may we ask what JotForm plan are you currently subscribed to, as well as the date when you sign up?

    It appears that you have paid for Jotform using one of our payment gateways, Paypal. To cancel your subscription:

    1. Log into your PayPal account
    2. Find the latest payment you have made to us
    3. Click on the subscription number
    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

    When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the duration of the subscription you have paid for lapses.

    I too registered for Premium through plimus (apparently as that is where it redirects upon clicking Cancel).  I don't have the email from plimus when I signed up for premium, so can you cancel my Premium subscription?

    Upon checking your account, I saw that your subscription has been canceled already.  Your account will stay premium until the time of your subscription expires.   Feel free to resubscribe anytime you will need our paid services again.
