How to stop others from using my JotForm?

Hello,
I have let others use my jot form and which to start over. I am no longer associated with the others and have no idea how to stop them from using my jotForm.

I assume you shared your login credentials. If this is correct, you can simply change your password or request for a reset password link so that others will no longer be able to login using your old login credentials.
