    Unique ID field is not working

    I can not access my forms. Even more all of a sudden the forms numbers changed back and are ALL THE SAME!?!?!? how is that possible?!!?!? I had them going up in order from 12NTC-001 and then when it got to 12NTC-273 it went to 12NTC-013 and STAYED THERE!!! I have 300 PEOPLE with the SAME CODE!!! How on earth did that happen??? And most importantly how do I FIX IT!!!???

    Please try correcting the current prefix code of the Unique ID field in your form.

    Remove the prefix included in the Current Index value.


    Please try this and test again. Inform us if issue persist.
