Some jot forms are not coming through

    NancyGordonStudio.com  uses JotForm....some people get replies (automated)  from you....but I do not get the reg form....this is very frightening......what is up?....latest is from  jodi.hoskinson@me.com

    I checked your email logs and  there is no problem with your email nants@usa.net 

    Make sure that all of your form's email alerts (on each form) are set this way
    -SENDER EMAIL : noreply@jotform.com

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.
