    Rapidweaver 5 - Send button not visible

    Asked by CSDesigns on June 21, 2013 at 02:18 AM

    Greetings All,

    Not sure what the problem is. I can get it to work in iFrame scroll, but I really dont want a scroll for that page. Also if I wanted to make a picture an icon for a pop-up version of the form for other pages. Whats the best way? I attached a photo of the image I want to use.

    Thanks,

    Chris

    Hi! Thanks for contacting us.

    I cloned your form and I saw that the original height of the iframe is 811px but the code embedded in your site has it at 741px that is why the form is cut and the Submit button is not visible.

    If you could adjust the height of the iframe back to 811px that should make the Submit button visible.

    Let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks.

    I thought that would be the case so I went on after I posted. And changed it too 900px  height and still nothing. Weird thing is when I view it using rapidweaver it shows the button for a split second then dissappears. Is there another way to use it besides iFrame? It loaded with the embeded form and it would come up correct but then no captcha picture would load.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. With regards to the issue, can you please try re-embed your form iFrame code into your website if that fixed the issue or not?

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.us/form/31705225940146" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:811px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Thank you!

    Please try adding the CSS code in your form styles CSS

    .form-line { padding-top: 0px !important; padding-bottom: 0px !important; }

    To inject a CSS code in your form styles, go to Setup & Embed > Preferences then click the Form Style Tab.

    I injected it and still nothing. I even re embeded it afterwards... You can clearly see it getting cut off. When it first loads you can see the send button then it goes below the frame.

    Hi, You have to change the height of the iframe tag.

    Goto Your page and change the height attribute of the iframe tag you embeded to 600px as shown in the figure.

    It will Solve your problem.

    Feel Free to ask if you have further clarification.

    Thank you.

    Hi, here's an example of how you can code a pop-up of the form for other pages via clicking on an image of your choice. I used a clone of your form in this example.

    <a target="_blank" href="javascript:void( window.open('http://form.jotform.us/form/31716714447153', 'blank','scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no,width=700,height=500'))"><img src="https://shots.jotform.com/kade/Screenshots/2013-06-21_18h19_50.png" alt="JotForm Logo" height="58" width="120"/></a>

    Change the Red Highlight to your form's direct link so that it will actively use your form instead of the clone. I've additionally highlighted in yellow the Image Url (JotForm Logo) that you will need to swap out. and then just adjust the associated height and width so that it fits accordingly.

    Hi,

    Please try to re-embed your form using this codes:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.us/form/31705225940146" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:825px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Basically, remove the script tags from the iframe embed codes. After that, clear your browsers cache and clear your forms cache: How to Clear your Form Cache.

    See if this works.

    Thanks
