When you say "make multiple forms", do you mean embed multiple forms in a page or post of your Wordpress site? If yes, then this is possible. The plugin does not allow you to create form directly on your WP site, you have to create your form in the form builder and browse it using that plugin.
Here's an example with multiple forms in a single page.

Thank you for the answer, but no. I mean when you download the plugin it comes with a tab. I downloaded jotform feedback. So is there a way that i can make multiple tabs on each page so once people click on them, the forms pops up?

You were refering to the JotForm WP Feedback button New-Wordpress-Plugin-JotForm-Feedback-Button
I think you cannot add more than 1 form using the same feedback button. Because if you look at the settings page in WP for the plugin, there is alwyas only one option to add the form ID.
And this feedback button set to appear to all the pages in your WP site.
I think your requirement can be achieved using the Jotform regular feedback button Creating-a-Feedback-Button
BUT you will have to apply it in your Wordpress page source code, as you cannot embed the feedback form directly into the WP editor.
If not possible for you to edit the WP source code, you can also just use the mentioned suggestion by EltoCris as an alernative.
Hope this help. Please inform us if you have more question.
