Why is JotForm Box integration is not HIPAA compliant?

Why is JotForm Box integration is not HIPAA compliant? I keep getting an error when I try to convert my forms to HIPA compliant forms.

Box is available in the HIPAA account as Box is HIPAA compliant, as well. However, before applying the integration, you need to confirm that you have signed BAA with the 3rd party service provider for this integration:

This option is only available once you have HIPAA enabled. To resolve this problem, please remove the integration before the migration, and then add it again once the migration is completed.
