Why am I unable to open uploaded files?

    Hi again,
    Any idea why the uploaded documents being sent in the form cannot be opened
    from within the emails I receive? In other words, I can open them from the
    jot form mobile application or website but NOT from the email I receive....

    This happens due to the privacy settings on your account, kindly uncheck the " Require log-in to view uploaded files." option, here is the direct link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
