What is the CSS code to change an individual label's width?

    I want to add a comment box next to a drop down menu, but I'm having problems aligning the box. I injected CSS code to make the label invisible, but the space still seems to be allotted despite no text being shown. I tried this:

    #label_45 { visibility:hidden; width:5px }

    Hi,

    I believe that this is what you are trying to achieve:

    Instead of using visibility:hidden, which still keeps the space that the element occupies, try this:

    #label_45 {
    display:none;
    }

    Hope this post answers your question. If you have other queries, feel free to contact us again.

    Neil,

    This CSS injection takes out the text area for me as well. Is there a way to only remove the label, leaving a text area to type comments?

    Thanks

    My solution should have worked flawlessly, but it appears that you have deleted the whole text area from the form itself. Please insert the text area again.

    Sure enough that did it, I was the only flaw in your solution.  Thank you.
