    I have 2 problems

Asked by bbrinkley on June 24, 2013 at 09:55 AM

    1. My forms are on a page using by a Joomla web template. It doesn't force the 'required' fields. You can submit incomplete forms. What can I do to fix this?

    2. I was playing around with various elements and put a CAPTCHA element on my form. I later removed it. I have saved the form many times since with other edits and changes, but the captcha continues to show up after the 'submit' button is pressed and before the 'thank you' page is displayed. How can I remove it?

    Thanks!

The required field might not be working because of the Jotform script having conflict with the other scripts installed on your website. Please try using the IFRAME embed tag and it should resolve the issue.
