    Hello Esteon, I think there is a conflict on your website which is breaking the form's script so you can try embedding the form via the use of an iFrame. If that doesn't work then you will probably need to embed your form via our Wordpress Plugin since it appears that you are using Wordpress for your site. If you continue having issues just let us know so that we can assist you further.

    Thank you for the quick response. I don't think that's the answer to my problem. Because if I press in jotform 'preview' or the link for e-mail I'm getting the same problem. It's a problem within jotform and not the website.

    Here's an example: http://jotformpro.com/form/23334456531955

    Thank you in advance

    Thanks for the further input about the problem. I've done some more investigation and I think that this is happening due to possible bug on your form which has apparently broke the Pagebreak usage. During my tests and comparison I can see in a test form with pagebreaks it is working but in your form and a clone of your form that is not the case as it doesn't work at all even after trying to replace the pagebreak with a new one. I am opening this thread into a ticket for our Development Team to get corrected for you as soon as possible.

    Thank you KadeJM for the support. How long do you think it will take for the Development Team to look at it? If we're talking in hours I need to contact my clients to inform them the website is currently under construction. I just had two calls about the pagebreak bug. I'm loosing customers if I don't do something now. Sorry for the hurry. Many thanks for the good support

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we cannot disclose any timeframe as to when this get fixed. All we can assure is to update you for any progress made into this.

    -----------

    Just one thing, on first initial load, the embedded form's page break is not working. Its fine after refreshing the page. Just to let you know that this kind of issue will happen because of a conflict between your website codes and your current form embed codes. You can fix this by re-embedding your form using our iframe method or using our new WordPress Plugin. I recommend trying iframe if you fear of using our plugin.

    Note that in Preview mode, it works for me so with the form direct URL. Works in all major kind of updated browsers. I can send you a video if you want.

    Thanks

    @esteon

    Sorry but we are not able to reproduce this problem on a test site. The standalone form works well, too. Some scripts on your page are conflicting with JotForm's. Please re-embed the form using iFrame codes, or simply use our WordPress plugin, as my colleagues have suggested.

    Thank you for the help but it isn't the script on my page that is causing the problem. When I'm on my jotform acount and press the link for a form example I had the same problem so your solutions aren't working for me. It's by the way not the first time I've this problem. Still hoping there's an other solution.

    Many thanks,

    @esteon

    The form itself is fine here, page break works properly http://jotformpro.com/form/23334456531955.

    I've been testing it with several browsers and found no issues. It's even working with older IE browser as it should be, http://screencast.com/t/piSOtecb

    The problem might be related with your browser, make sure your browser's javascript is enabled. I would also suggest to clear your browsers cache if the stand alone form isn't working properly on your end.

    ---

    Regarding on the embedded form, like my other colleague it's not working on the first load of the form but it works properly after refreshing the page. As suggested, iframe embed code helps fixed this issue. Since the form loads in an iframe, it won't conflict any scripts on your page: How to get Iframe Embed Code

    Thank you!
