My form is not working properly. Once the submit button is issued, the form doesn't seem to submit the information. Is there a lag time for the form to become live, or is there something wrong with this code?

I cloned your form and was able to make a submission just fine. Here's a screenshot of the Notification Email right after submission
We suggest that you please clear your browser's cache and try to relaunch Jotform and make a submission again. If the problem persists, please do let us know. Thanks!
