    Asked by tazola on June 24, 2013 at 12:23 PM

    Having issues with IE uploading files.  Is there ever going to be a fix with all of the IE issues?

    Can you please tell us the form you having an issue with the upload field? Is it embedded or are you using a direct link? Also, can you tell us what IE version you were using when you experience this issue?

    This is an end user issue I have had since creating forms. Jot forms have
    issues with IE no mater what version. Currently it is 10. I have changed
    the form from an iframe to using the jotform script. That has made it
    better and the upload is not failing 100% of the time but about 1/2 of the
    people who use IE with the forms cannot upload successfully. Don't know
    what to say other than I can't continue to have these issues. IE strips
    the document or it fails while downloading. Hope you can find something.

    @tazola

    Hi, are you referring to your form on your website here https://sites.google.com/a/azolainc.com/the-ivy-hotel-bids/important-forms/submittals

    I did a quick test using IE10 browser, and I easily uploaded files

    Don't know what to say other than I can't continue to have these issues. IE strips the document or it fails while downloading. Hope you can find something.

    We can help you much better if you can describe to us the procedures or steps to reproduce this issue. Unfortunatelly, we cannot elevate issue ticket to our next level support if we do not have enough information what the issue is all about, for them to fix it.

    I am sorry, but at this time I could not find anything to report yet.

    Thanks.
