    Missing Data

    Hello

    On the following form: http://www.juniorbulldogclub.co.uk/2012.htm

    Information is missing from Pledge infrormation downards when submitted even though it was entered and some parts are required?! How do I fix this?

    Hello JBC,

    When I checked your submissions, I noticed that there are some information entered and has contents in those fields that are required.  Is this the same submission that is in issue?

    When I checked your email notifications content, the variable names in the layout is not the same as what is supposed to be set to be coming from your form.

    Example:
    I pledge the following item (description): {iPledge10}

    When I clicked the "I pledge..." field under Form Fields on the right to try assigning the variable for "I pledge..." it gave {iPledge} and not {iPledge10}.

    There seems to have quite a number of variables that needs to be replaced.  The fastest way to do this is delete your existing email notification and create a new one.

    Hi,

    If you look at your submissions page, you would find the complete entry for that particular submission

     

    The problem lies within your notification email. It appears that the identifiers for the fields are not updated. Solution is to delete the existing notification email and create a new one.

    I went out of my way and did that for you. Your email notification should be working flawlessly now.

    Let us know if you encounter any other problems.
