I'd like to create a form, whereby the form entry happens on the iOS app, and there is an ability for the user to take a picture into a form field. Is this possible?
Also, is there a way that a user can enter the results of a barcode scan into a form field?

Unfortunately, we don't have such functionality. There are plenty of 3rd party controls which you can add in your webpage which allows you to take pictures through the integrated webcam.
You can also download your form's source code and add the 3rd party control to achieve your requirement.
Hope this helps.

I'm pretty new at this and was wondering if you Can you direct me to specific 3rd party situation that can enable the use of a phone's or computer's camera to "read" a barcode of a product and have the numbers entered into a form.
This happens to be the most important feature for me. JotForms is able to take pictures and perform basic calculations, but barcode reading would make this perfect for me, hopefully without me needing to do any extra programming!
