I have about 10 forms spread over a website, and the forms just suddenly stopped submitting to the user-entered email address as well as the auto-responder address. The forms can be viewed and tested here, this is a currently active form:
Please help? I've cleared out all the database and re-tested and nothing is going to the requested email addresses. Although all forms are storing in the database sucessfully. Worked fine with emails earlier this week.

It appears that these forms weren't working because the database was too full? There were only about 15 forms in the database, is that over my limit?

I don't see that your account is in overlimit status.
I checked your form's notification setup and don't see any issue with it. To ensure the delivery of emails request you to please change your notification's "Sender Email" to "email@example.com".
