Is this currently possible or could be implemented?

I have not heard any news of this feature, but that does not mean it is not planned for a future update.
The work around is still input the products manually.
But i will go ahead and open a ticket to request it. And if an increasing number of people request the same thing, our developers might cnsider to add it in the next round of integrations.
Thank you for using Jotform.

I am not sure what you mean? Are you having trouble locating the purchased product list on an Excel/CSV report?

@ayetkin No what I want to do is upload my 20+ products with an Excel/CSV file into the Purchase Order Product Wizard because right now it takes a while to add all my products and do a mass option change such as add a quantity option or change the prices of them all at once.

So you are looking for a import functionality where you can import your products with price, quantity in your payment question of your form.
Unfortunately, such functionality is not available currently. A feature request is already sent to our development team. If this feature gets implemented, you will get the notification via this thread.

So, you want to be able to import your product list on the form. Unfortunately no, that's not possible and we do not have any plans to implement it.
