I need to create two drop down menus that sit under the same title. Ie. the main Title would say height and I would have one dropdown for feet and one for inches. How can this be done?

A workaround I came up with is by creating 2 dropdowns for feet & inches. Shrink both fields by right-clicking then choosing Shrink in the context menu that appears.
Set the first dropdown label's alignment to left, and then the other to top. Adjust each dropdowns' width by clicking on the field first, then click width button in the toolbar.
Then, inject this custom css to your form.
Alternatively, you may want to just clone this sample form I have created. Refer to this user guide on how to clone a form from another url.
