the api in the integration of the dropbox with the jotform pro problem

    hello we have the integration of the jotfrom with dropbox where any new submission would download itself to our dropbox folder where it would use the first and last name of the person like John Doe and make a folder with that name and the results of the submission of the client , but lately the submissions is being downladed as a number like 238029521401765488 instead of the name John Doe , is there anyway to fix these?

    Please try checking your 'Manage Intergration' in your form submission window and set the folder to your preferred field(e.g. Full Name). Currently all your forms Manage Integration folder setting are all set to Submission ID.

    If you have set it correctly and it is still showing the ID, please try reintegrating dropbox and set the folder name again.
