Can I delete an email based on an answer?

    Hi there,


    My clients fill out a form and I have an approval workflow. However, there is one case where my clients do NOT need an approval. But the email of their partner is already entered into the form. Is there a way I can "undo" their entry so that the partner doesn't receive and email to sign? I tried disabling it, but it didn't work.

    To clarify, your form respondents must fill all the producers?

    I have checked your form condition and you have multiple autoeresponder emails.

    May we know the email that your would like not to send when it doesn't need an approval?

    Can you please share the flow when your clients doesn't need an approval?

    Hi there,
    Thank you for such a quick response! I did find a better way as what I was doing was pretty complicated when it could be much simpler. :)
    I do have one more question if that’s alright. I have a PDF embedded in my form and chose to have it attached to their submissions, which go into my Google Drive automatically. Unfortunately, that PDF pops up in my folder as a document that says “404 ERROR”. Is there a way to get the actual document attached in the submission?
