Hello. I made a review on the Play store regarding my concerns with your app and one of the devs responded saying they couldn't reproduce the issue that I was talking about and asked if I can contact you here.
1st issue: The tab where I need to see the form or edit, etc is on the far left and I cannot see the options.
Second option:
On the conditions tab, I cannot scroll through my conditions, whenever I do, the conditions just rearranges themselves. I wish I could show a video of this but I can't upload one so I hope the screenshots I'll upload would suffice.

I was not able to reproduce the first issue you have described when I tested the latest version of the JotForm Mobile forms app (version 1.12.9) on my Android mobile device.
The menu after tapping the form appears from the button up.May we know the device you were using when you encountered the issue, please?
Also, have you tried using a different device to test the issue on your end?
