I believe you are referring to the PDF submission document that is created in JotForm which you want to pass on to Salesforce.
If you can configure your Salesforce to accept attachments by email, then that is possible. Just enable PDF attachment in the form email settings and add your Salesforce email address as the recipient.
If this isn't an option with Salesforce, then I'm afraid it's not possible to do that.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

No, that is not what I am looking for. I am looking for to send the document as an attachment to the salesforce integration.
Although I use the salesforce email, the email is sent to the gmail address but not attached to Salesforce.
thanks

You may try using the Upload field on your form so you can use it to send the uploaded file to Salesforce using integration.
You can map the file upload fields on the form to SaleForce fields.
The uploaded file links will be added to the new SalesForce record created.
Please check it out and let us know how it goes.
